Before founding MRA, Dean was Managing Director and Head of Equity Sales-trading at Banc of America Securities where he was a member of the Global Equities Management Team that set direction for the division. Previously at BofA, Dean was Head of Institutional Equity Derivatives and Convertible Sales and Strategy. Dean holds an MBA in analytical finance with highest honors from the University of Chicago where he received the Citibank Award for best performance in finance. He earned a BA, Magna Cum Laude, from St. John’s University, where he currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Finance and is a member of the Board of Governors. With over 20 years of experience, she began her career in fixed income and Emerging Markets research at MetLife Investments and Bear Stearns, and later expanded into equity and cross-asset leadership as Chief Investment Strategist at Bulltick. Kathryn is a frequent media contributor and keynote speaker at major investment conferences in both English- and Spanish-speaking markets. She holds an MBA in Economics and Finance from NYU Stern and a BA in Economics and Spanish Literature from Rutgers College.

Amy Wu Silverman is a Managing Director and Head of Derivatives Strategy at RBC. She has been with RBC for the past 15 years and provides options-based thematic ideas and bespoke content to the global Institutional and Structured Products client base. Amy previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Citadel Investment Group and Morgan Stanley in cross-asset and derivatives research and trading roles. She is a frequent contributor to CNBC, Bloomberg, BNN, WSJ, Yahoo Finance as well as podcasts like Strategic Alternatives, Trader Talks, Alpha Exchange and Planet Money. Amy received an A.B. with honors in Economics & Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
