Lindsay Bofman

Lindsay Bofman is Managing Director and Co-Head of US Rates Sales at Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2018, Lindsay was at Barclays, where she managed a team responsible for delivering macro products and resources into hedge fund and real money clients. She has over 15 years of experience servicing institutional investors, providing in-depth insights into global interest rate markets while partnering with clients to meet their hedging and investment goals. She’s currently a formal sponsor for multiple diversity and mentorship programs at Morgan Stanley. Lindsay graduated from Tulane University in 2008 with a B.S. in Finance. In 2018, she completed the Harvard Program for Leadership Development. She currently lives in New York City with her husband and two sons.

Mimi Duff is the Head of the New York Office and a Senior Client Advisor at GenTrust, a New York and Miami-based multi-family office / RIA.  Mimi’s responsibilities include developing and serving institutions, high net worth individuals and family relationships. Prior to joining GenTrust, Mimi amassed more than 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, specializing in U.S. Fixed Income portfolio management, trading, research, and strategy. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in 1993 and spent 11 years in the New York and London offices in the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities divisions. Mimi graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. Mimi is also a frequent contributor to CNBC and Bloomberg news, and lives in Greenwich, CT with her husband and four daughters.

Rebecca Patterson is a globally recognized investor and macro-economic researcher with more than 25 years of experience studying how politics and policy intersect with economic trends to drive financial markets. Most recently, Rebecca was Chief Investment Strategist at Bridgewater Associates, where she helped shape the firm’s agenda for researching and building systematic trading strategies. She was a frequent author of Bridgewater’s Daily Observations, met regularly with investors and policymakers and served on the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committees. Rebecca joined Bridgewater after serving for eight years as Chief Investment Officer at Bessemer Trust, where she managed $85 billion in client assets. Previously, she spent more than 15 years at JP Morgan, initially as a researcher in the firm’s investment bank in Europe, Singapore, and the US. She also served as a Chief Investment Strategist in the firm’s asset management arm and ran the private bank’s global currency and commodity trading desk. Rebecca has worked closely with the Federal Reserve throughout her career, including serving on both the New York Fed’s Investor Advisory and Foreign Exchange Committees. Rebecca currently Chairs the Board of the Council for Economic Education and serves on the boards of the Bretton Woods Committee and the University of Florida’s endowment. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission and the Economic Club of New York. She holds an MBA from New York University, an MA in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a BS in Journalism from the University of Florida.

Rashaan (Rash) Reid, is Head of Global Senior Relationship Management (SRM) at Bank of America, and part of the FICC and Equities leadership teams. Rash began her career in 2001 at Merrill Lynch & Co. as an analyst in Debt Capital Markets Origination, moving into mortgage sales within the sales and trading business. Her prior sales expertise spans across a set of products that included US and European residential mortgage backed products (RMBS), consumer asset backed securities (ABS), commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS), commercial real estate debt and mezzanine loans, collateralized loan obligations (CLO), direct lending opportunities, with portfolio sizes ranging in the multi-billions in AUM. A champion for diversity, Rash has held numerous leadership roles, including serving on the division’s Diversity and Inclusion Council, proud member of the Black Executive Leadership Council, a founding member of D.E.A.L. (Developing and Engaging African American Leaders), NY Black Professional Group (BPG) Executive Advisory Council, and senior sponsorship board member of the Women’s Leadership Council (WLC). A proud New Orleanian, Rash graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Finance and Management from Tulane University and earned her MBA in Analytic Finance from The University of Chicago Graduate (Booth) School of Business. Rash resides in Manhattan (Harlem) with her family and dedicates her time to civic service, serving on the boards of Room to Grow and the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP).
